1) Click on Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office
2) Now click on the shortcut for the application which you need

If you’re not able to find the shortcuts then try the following steps.
1) Click on Start > All Programs > Accessories > Run
2) Type in ‘%programfiles%\Microsoft Office\Office14’
3) Look for the ‘.exe’ files pertaining to each office applications as mentioned below; right click on the file and then click on Send to > Deskop (shortcut)

Word -> WinWord.exe
PowerPoint -> Powerpnt.exe
Excel -> Excel.exe
Outlook -> Outlook.exe
Publisher -> Mspub.exe
OneNote -> OneNote.exe
