You can allow full Internet access to one Windows or Windows domain user while blocking access for all others. This can be achieved by means of the Daily Quotasfeature.
Please follow these steps:
  1. Launch iNet Protector, click Set Daily Quotas.
  2. To block Internet access for all users, on the All Users tab, check Enable Internet usage quotas for All Users and assign 0 hours and 0 minutes for each day of the week.
  3. To allow full access to a particular user, locate the tab with the corresponding username and uncheck the Use settings from All Users tab option. Do not enable quotas for this user unless you want to limit his or her Internet usage as well.
After you complete these steps, all users will have no access but the selected user will have full access.
Note: If the username you are searching for does not have a tab, simply click the Add User tab.
