Troubleshooting checklist: Windows Servers
Troubleshooting checklist:
1. Check application services.
2. Check firewall status.
3. Check whether you have the right to do the request.
4. Check LAST application installed status.
5. Check LAST application uninstalled status.
6. Check LAST Patch installed status.
7. Check LAST Patch uninstalled status.
8. Check AV blocking services, port blocking, temporary quarter nine.
9. Check any TASK scheduler running, and giving issue.
10. Try with local/Domain administrator rights.
11. Check Domain GPO may block.
12. Required software need to install/uninstall to run the program.
13. Get an update last modification/CM raise for issue server.
14. Check the application Logs.
15. Check the OS logs.
